Please read the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully. By paying for, accessing, downloading and/or using all or any part of TPR Services, you (“You” and, where applicable, “Your”) indicate Your acceptance of the following terms from The Product Refinery Limited. (“TPR”). You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written negotiated agreement signed by You. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, You may not engage with, access, download and/or use the TPR Services.
If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You hereby represent that You have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the term “You” shall be construed to refer to such entity. You and TPR agree as follows:
The Product Refinery (TPR) offers product management coaching and leadership to help you achieve your goals and further your development in the field. The following terms relate to coaching and advisory services only. Fractional leadership and consulting engagements are bound by engagement specific contracts. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales (Reg. No. 11115287). Our registered office is located at Silverstream House, 4th Floor, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB.
This Agreement commences upon the date You submit payment for services and continues until the date of your last session with Your Coach, at which point this Agreement is considered terminated.
The Product Refinery reserves the right to cancel This Agreement if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. We also reserve the right to cancel your services without refund in the event of any verbal or written abuse of any kind (including abusive, offensive or aggressive language) directed towards a coach or any other member of our team.
We accept payment via online payment or by invoice (payable by bank transfer within 30 days). Local VAT/tax may apply according to your country of residence.
For online payments, The Product Refinery uses the 3rd party service Stripe for secure online credit card payments. As a third party service, Stripe ensures the security of your payment. Please refer to Stripe to read more about the services specifically.
Payment for services are due in advance of services rendered. Should an invoice be outstanding, Your coach is not obligated to provide any services until the outstanding invoice is paid in full.
Local VAT/tax may apply according to Your company’s country of registration.
Your coach will outline the specific terms of using, rescheduling and cancelling sessions with them. We encourage you to clarify these terms with your coach in advance of paying for services.
If we process any personal information about you, we will do so in accordance with our privacy policy.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to Our website or to Your Coach any material: (a) that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience; (b) for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals; (c) which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world; or (d) which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data). You may not misuse the Our website (including, without limitation, by hacking). We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of points a, b or c above.
TPR Coaching services are provided to You for information purposes only and is guidance and suggestion rather than advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude in our liability:
- all conditions, warranties, and all other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity;
- any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Program and/or in connection with the Program, including (without limitation) any liability for loss of: income or revenue; business; profit; contracts; anticipated savings; data; goodwill; management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
This provision does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for misrepresentation or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Product Refinery acknowledges that during an engagement, you may have need to share confidential company information with Your Coach.
TPR undertakes to keep all confidential information secure and shall not use or disclose to any third party such confidential information.
This restriction does not apply when disclosure is required and authorized by law, or when information is already in, or comes into the public domain.
You are responsible for establishing with Your employer as to what work or business information is appropriate to share as part of the TPR Services.
TPR’s obligations to protect confidential information will survive for a period of five years, or as long as the information remains a trade secret under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
