Dharmesh has extensive product leadership and coaching experience in a broad range of product led tech companies from early stage startups (AccurX, Fy, Koru Kids, Lyst, Second Nature, Selina, Sendcloud) to much larger organisations (Lyst, BBC).

He has founded 3 companies and had 2 exits including IPO'ing the VC studio, Forward Partners, where he helped over 60 startups launch and scale as CPO. He has been coaching product leaders at all levels for over 8.5 years now, 6 years whilst at Forward Partners supporting the portfolio and 2.5 years independently. Clients consistenly say they like working with him for his deep product and coaching experience and ability to know when it's right to share his experience and where it's right to help people work through their own problems.

He is a father of 2 lovely children and a keen rock-climber, tennis player and swimmer. He is currently focussed on incorporating more joy into his life, like being in the sun, journaling, meditation, breathwork, IFS and yoga.
