Michael is an architect/product designer-turned product manager. He brings this passion for human-centric design into all of the product work he does; including his work with product teams and other product managers. Michael has worked in many environments and cultures; supporting Fortune 500 clients to transform their product teams with Pivotal Labs in Asia Pacific to building electric vehicle charging networks in America with Volta Charging. Michael has worked to deliver value on products at companies like Google, P&G, Ford Motors, Singapore Airlines and CVS Health.
This passion for people brought Michael to coaching and facilitation. Over the past six years, Michael has worked with a range of individuals and teams to build their product skills and empower a more cohesive team unit. Michael's clients have gone on to deliver new products within their organizations, achieved promotions or new roles, built trust with their teams, and successfully engaged stakeholders. In addition to coaching, Michael is also a conflict resolution and group dynamics facilitator; helping him bridge the gap between hard product skills and softer "people skills."
Outside of product management, Michael has a passion for art and psychology. He runs a nonprofit art residency program that empowers artists who are experiencing crisis. He is also a student at Columbia University, pursuing a Masters of Clinical Psychology. During his down time, Michael spends time in Central Park and at his neighborhood yoga studio.
